1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the offerings of AIBuilder at neuroaibuilder.com, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
AIBuilder provides custom neural AI development, integration support, consulting, and related offerings (collectively, "Services").
3. Digital Information Products
AIBuilder sells digital training modules, online courses, and e-books (collectively, "Digital Products").
4. Physical Goods
AIBuilder offers branded hardware kits and preconfigured devices (collectively, "Goods").
5. Fees and Billing

6. Refund Policy
AIBuilder values satisfaction. Requests for reimbursement are subject to the following terms, based on the type of offering:
6.1 Services
Clients may request reimbursement of Service fees within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase, provided no more than 10% of project deliverables have been completed. Approved reimbursements will be issued via the original payment method within thirty (30) days of approval. Alternatively, Clients may opt to transfer unused Services to a future schedule at no extra charge.
Requests beyond fourteen (14) days or after substantial deliverables (exceeding 10%) have been provided are not eligible for reimbursement.
6.2 Digital Information Products
Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of these items, reimbursements are offered only if there have been no download attempts or access events, and if requested within seven (7) days of purchase. Once access is granted or a download has occurred, all sales are final.
6.3 Physical Goods
Clients may ship Goods back for a reimbursement within thirty (30) days of the shipment date if unopened and in original packaging. To initiate a shipment back, contact Support at +14161400442 or via contact form. Once received and inspected, we will process the reimbursement minus any shipping charges within thirty (30) days.
Goods showing signs of use or damage by the Client are not eligible for reimbursement.
6.4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain custom development engagements and one-time consultancy sessions are non-refundable due to dedicated resource allocation. Such non-refundable offerings will be clearly identified prior to purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
AIBuilder retains all rights to proprietary methods, tools, and materials. Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables for internal purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIBuilder is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of Services, Digital Products, or Goods.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
